If you are a church, mission or ministry in the Salt Lake Baptist Association, please fill out the form below to request volunteers and mission teams. Please give as much information as you can - this really helps in aquiring teams. Short / brief descriptions are usually bypassed by mission teams for projects with better descriptions.
