Paper Star Picture Frames

Mounted on a ribbon, the frames look good hung on a doorknob, a bedpost or a Christmas tree branch.

CRAFT MATERIALS:

Scissors and stapler
Heavy paper
Glue and glitter
Ribbon
Small photos
Cord

Time needed:

Under 1 Hour

Directions:

1. For each frame, cut two identical paper stars. Cut a circle out of the center of one star from each pair (this will be the front of the frame). Decorate the stars with glue and glitter, if desired.

2. Cut a piece of ribbon long enough to accommodate the number of frames you've made; fold over one end about 1 inch and staple to make a hanging loop. Staple the back of each frame to the ribbon, spacing the frames evenly.

3. Cut photos to a size slightly smaller than the stars. Sandwich a photo between the front and back of each frame and glue in place. Thread a piece of cord through the loop at the top, and hang.
